Purpose

Lattice Framework Group is developing computational modeling software designed to leverage Fixed Tension Theory (FTT), a universal scientific theory capable of simulating physical systems across scales—from atoms to galaxies. The software serves as a substrate for understanding, not domination. This charter affirms our commitment to use our software solely for peaceful, constructive, and ethically responsible purposes.

Our modeling software and its applications will be developed through a for-profit entity to ensure the capital and independence required to enact this vision, and we commit to using our position to serve humanity broadly. We recognize the challenges faced by nonprofit scientific initiatives in scaling impact and believe a principled commercial model offers the best path to protect and share this technology with everyone.

Core Principles

1. Peaceful Purpose Only
Our software must not be used to design, simulate, optimize, or deploy weapons or destructive systems. Military applications are categorically excluded.

2. Human-Centric Good
Software development shall prioritize applications that improve life on Earth—including scientific discovery, medicine, education, clean energy, and planetary-scale modeling for sustainability.

3. Transparent but Cautious Disclosure
We commit to transparency in our findings while recognizing that certain capabilities (e.g., large-scale intelligence modeling) require ethical gatekeeping and delayed publication.

4. No Unauthorized Intelligence Simulation
